Job Description
Pratum is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance-related repairs and upkeep of residential properties. This role involves managing the make-ready process, initiating projects, overseeing contractor performance, and developing a team. The supervisor will ensure a positive customer service experience and maintain high building system standards.
Requirements
- HVAC and/or CFC certifications REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of NSpire inspection
- Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge
- Experience with supervising others
- Professional building system licenses preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web searches
- Excellent communication skills
