Maintenance Supervisor

This Residential Apartment Maintenance Supervisor position involves managing all maintenance-related repairs and upkeep of the property, including manage-ready processes, project execution, and vendor relationship management. The role focuses on improving building systems, ensuring timely completion of projects, and a strong customer service ethic. It also includes direct supervision of the maintenance team and adherence to all local and federal housing rules.

Requirements

• HVAC and/or CFC certifications REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of NSpire inspection
• Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge
• Supervising others
• Proficient using maintenance related programs
• Professional building system licenses preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Education requirements include English fluency, intermediate math/computer skills
