Requirements
- HVAC and/or CFC certifications REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of NSpire inspection
- Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge
- Supervising others
- Proficient using maintenance related programs
- Professional building system licenses preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Education requirements include English fluency, intermediate math/computer skills
