Job Description
think-cell is seeking a dynamic Account Manager for Germany to manage Go-to-Market activities, focusing on driving user growth through sales. The role involves marketing, sales, and customer success, requiring a combination of acquisition, account nurturing, and customer relationship management. They are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can handle a full sales cycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g., account mgmt., sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting
- University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field
- Local work experience in Germany
- Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers
- Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io) and ability to implement those strategies
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
