Job Description
IDnow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/d) to represent the company externally and manage a portfolio of business and enterprise customers. The role involves onboarding, development, and long-term relationship management, as well as strategic account planning and implementation of expansion strategies. IDnow is a B2B SaaS company focused on safe and reliable information access.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales or account management
- Experience in strategic customer development and implementation of expansion strategies
- Ability to recognize and evaluate risks in the customer portfolio
- Strong team skills and communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and multitasking expertise
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1-Niveau)
- Knowledge of KYC requirements (Know Your Customer)
- Experience in working with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
