We're looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a smooth, engaging, and high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

• Support the coordination of interviews, relevant documentation, and candidate communication across global time zones
• Ensure timely and thoughtful communication with all candidates
• Help monitor process flow to spot delays or gaps
• Participate in projects that enhance candidate experience, improve team processes, or optimise recruitment workflows
• Collaborate with the wider Talent team on ad-hoc tasks and initiatives
