Job Description
We're looking for an AI adoption specialist to coordinate the delivery of our AI adoption initiatives and support teams across Pipedrive in our Tallinn office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome corporate strategy team on executing our AI-native strategy.
Requirements
- At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross-functional technology rollouts
- Proven, hands-on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus)
- A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in English
