Property Manager

Peak Management is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join their team at Hopson Flats, a 150+ unit property. The ideal candidate should have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle, with strong leasing and sales skills, technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Property Manager role and managing a staff
• Strong leasing and sales skills
• Ability to convert leads, conduct tours, manage the full application process, and drive occupancy goals
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing
