Property Manager

We are looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired property, Hopson Flats. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Property Manager role
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a staff
• Strong leasing and sales skills
• Ability to convert leads, conduct tours, manage the full application process and drive occupancy goals
