Peak Management is looking for a 'ROCKSTAR' Property Manager to join their team at Hopson Flats, a property with 150+ units. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Property Management, strong leasing and sales skills, and technical skills in budget preparation and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role
• Managing a staff
• Strong leasing and sales skills
• Ability to convert leads, conduct tours, and manage the full application process
• Drive occupancy goals
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations, and Fair Housing
