Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

As Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management in our Global Risk organization, you will lead the development and execution of robust second line oversight processes for operational risk for PayPal Europe. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding the bank’s enterprise risk management framework, and reporting, supporting both management and supervisory engagement while fostering a culture of robust risk management across the institution.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary contact for operational risk oversight across business lines and functions
• Oversee and coordinate operational loss data collection and aggregation
• Support and facilitate risk assessment process, scenario analyses, and other risk evaluation processes
• Contribute to the definition, monitoring, and governance of operational risk appetite and associated metrics
• Prepare, maintain, and continuously enhance independent second line risk reporting
• Provide clear, well-documented second line oversight and challenge to risk mitigation and remediation plans
• Actively participate in internal risk governance forums
