Senior Manager, EU & UK SMB Risk

PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, EU & UK SMB Risk to lead a team of global risk professionals focused on driving acquisition strategies that support SMB growth across multiple European countries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking, or payments
• Deep subject matter expertise and execution in managing data-based strategies to separate fraud and credit risks
• Strong knowledge in data analytics
• Experience managing consumer or Small Medium Business (SMB) acquisition fraud and credit risk in the European markets
• Knowledge of existing/emerging regulatory frameworks related to consumer and SMB acquisition
• Proven track record in driving positive outcomes between risk management and business leaders
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to inspire/foster an inclusive/diverse culture
• Demonstrated ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders
