Job Description
As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we're looking for a Team Lead, Credit & Collections to lead a group of Collectors in ensuring customers process payments within terms. The role requires ability to take payments, complete account reconciliations, and establish strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of collections experience
- Self-motivated and customer centric
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Quality, high speed internet connection at home
- MS Office skills (bonus points if you have experience with SAP or other ERP software!)
- Fantastic communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility as needed
