Parts Town is a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts. We're looking for a Senior Parts Identification Specialist-Customer Support with a passion for customer service and problem-solving to find and provide customers with the correct replacement part numbers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience at Parts Town
- Passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
- Confident communication via phone and computer
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Bloomfire, and manufacturer lookups and BOM systems
- Availability to work M-F from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST/10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST/10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST
