As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we're looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over-the-phone customer service role
- Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
- Ability to work a schedule of M-F 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed
- Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
- Ability to work a schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST) during the first 3 weeks of training
