Outbound Team Lead

We're looking for a Team Lead to help with problem solving and operational oversight for our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate is passionate about time management and organization, and is proficient in Microsoft word and Outlook. Requirements

• Assist supervisors with workflow management and team member training
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity expectations are communicated
• Research and provide guidance to solve daily transactional problems
• Provide call-in coverage as needed by becoming highly cross-trained in most FC operations
• Provide leadership during projects and on the Saturday shift
