Customer Success Italy - Mid-Market & Key Account role at Partoo, a scale-up SaaS B2B company. Partoo helps local businesses, large companies, or SMEs to get closer to their customers through an all-in-one platform and different solutions. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing adoption and use of Partoo solutions, and detecting opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
Requirements
- From 3 years of experience on a client portfolio management position
- Mastery of Italian, English, and French is mandatory
- Very good relational skills with a commercial appetite
- Adaptability and resilience
