Customer Success Manager - Key Account - FR - F/H/X - CDI (copy)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our CSM team and provide the best possible experience for our French Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• English proficiency or willingness to improve
