Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, establish initial customer contacts, and provide qualified leads to our sales team. You will work with a dynamic team to develop intelligent solutions for the energy world and contribute to making it more sustainable, smarter, and more efficient.

Requirements

• First experience in sales, customer contact, or business development
• Excellent communication skills, high initiative, and enthusiasm for building new customer relationships
• Ability to communicate on a decision-maker level and enthusiasm for explaining complex technologies
• Proactive, goal-oriented working style, and perseverance in cold calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic understanding of sales processes
