As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the central interface to our customers, ensuring they achieve long-term satisfaction with our innovative products. You will identify upselling potential, build customer relationships, and work with product development to recognize improvement potential.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer service for technical products
- Basic understanding of energy processes (PV, storage, energy market) or high willingness to familiarize yourself with this environment
- Secure handling of CRM and Customer Success tools
- Technical understanding in data bindings and networks (e.g. APIs, interfaces, IoT/OT systems)
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational talent
- Analytical understanding and ability to recognize and implement customer needs into successful strategies
