Job Description
Sales Training (Associate) Manager responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, assessing and enhancing sales team performance, and fostering continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- At least 2 years in a training or managerial role
- Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programmes
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and customer relationship management
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective sales training programs
- Skilled in delivering engaging, tailored training sessions
- Experienced in collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and customer behavior
