Job Description
As a Mold Technician II (Package R&D), you will conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) and engineering trials, assist in molding setup and operate specialized equipment, and maintain logs of DoE parameters and outcomes. You will also monitor process performance, record process parameters, and perform routine inspections and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Science) or a related technical discipline
- Strictly follow all safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, etc.) and ensure experimental setups comply with industry and company standards
- Support the engineering team in analyzing data to identify trends, recurring issues, or opportunities for process improvement
