Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team in Lehi, UT. As a key contributor to the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs, you will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance across all compensation structures. You will provide data-driven insights and analytical support to key stakeholders, playing a critical role in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of direct, progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and modeling).
- Solid understanding of federal and state wage and hour laws, including FLSA.
