Job Description
Monterail is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their People Team, offering a fixed-term contract (9 months) with the possibility of extension. The role involves independently conducting and managing recruitment processes, leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and expand the freelancer database. The company is focused on building a highly efficient and inclusive recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experience in IT recruitment (2+ years)
- Interest in AI tools for recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong command of Polish and English
