Job Description
Monterail is a software development company seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their People Team. This fixed-term contract (9 months) will focus on inbound recruitment, onboarding, and talent building, leveraging a mix of AI-powered tools and traditional methods. The company emphasizes employee growth, autonomy, and inclusivity within a remote, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- About 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, across roles like development, sales, and project management.
- Interest in AI tools and the ability to implement them in daily work.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong command of written Polish and spoken English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
