Job Description
Montilever is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their People Team and support recruitment, onboarding, and talent-building efforts at Monterail. This is a fixed-term contract (9 months) with the potential for extension. The role involves independently conducting recruitments from A to Z, managing pipelines, using AI tools, and planning onboarding processes.
Requirements
- About 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Interest in AI tools for recruitment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong command of Polish and English
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
