Intern - DRAM Applications Engineer 1

As a DRAM Applications Engineer Intern, you will support the validation and integration of Micron's DRAM products into customer systems. This role offers hands-on experience in system-level testing, failure analysis, and automation development, while working closely with multi-functional teams to ensure product readiness and quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and memory operation.
• Familiarity with DRAM circuits, layout, and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
• Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators.
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, SQL; C# or Golang is valuable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
