Intern - DRAM Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in enabling new DRAM products to move from design to mass production.

Requirements

• Perform wafer and component-level circuit debug and device characterization.
• Conduct detailed DRAM analysis to optimize end-user performance and reliability.
• Assist with circuit simulation, failure analysis, and qualification processes.
• Support customer implementation and internal product readiness activities.
• Contribute to yield optimization and test program development for wafer, component, and module steps.
