DRAM Product Engineer (Intern)

As a DRAM Product Engineer (Intern) at Micron, you will ensure Micron's products make it to market seamlessly by evaluating initial silicon and validating design functionality. You will also collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize test flows and act as a liaison between Technology Development, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance departments.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of DRAM architecture and operation
• Good understanding of digital circuit concepts
• Knowledge of CMOS transistor operation
• Experience with a programming language such as Python/C++/C
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX
• Good verbal communication skills (English)
