Meridian Partners is seeking a Workday Talent & Learning Sr. Consultant to join their expanding public sector consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's Talent and Learning modules and a strong track record of delivering implementations for public sector clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Workday consulting experience, with a strong focus on Talent, Learning, and/or Performance Management modules
- Minimum of 1 year experience delivering Workday projects for public sector clients (state, local, federal, or K-12)
- Active Workday Certifications in Talent and/or Learning required (must be current)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, particularly in multi-agency or committee-driven environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently, often with government-imposed deadlines
