Job Description
Meridian Partners, LLC is seeking a Workday Benefits Sr. Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Benefits for our public sector clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM with a focus on Benefits
- At least 3 years of experience working with Public Sector clients (state, local, or federal)
- Active Workday Certification in Benefits required
- Demonstrated strength in business analysis and client engagement
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
