Meridian Partners is seeking a Workday Recruiting Sr. Consultant to join their expanding public sector consulting team. This role will lead the delivery of Workday Recruiting solutions tailored to public sector hiring processes, compliance frameworks, and workforce planning goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of Workday consulting experience, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting.
- At least 1 year of experience working with public sector clients (state, local, federal, or K-12).
- Proven expertise in delivering and configuring Workday Recruiting modules end-to-end.
- Active Workday Certification in Recruiting required and must be current.
- Familiarity with public sector recruiting structures, including job classification, requisition approvals, union or civil service requirements, and applicant transparency policies.
- Experience managing government or education sector client relationships and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in complex project environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
