Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will be highly customer centric, comfortable deep diving MealSuite's products to coach, mentor, and train customers on best practices, and provide recommendations toward a long-term MealSuite strategy within their organization.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
• Experience establishing joint strategic goals with customers and measuring progress and outcomes.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms.
• Experience with senior living technology or nutritional services technology.
• Exceptional relationship building and quickly establishing credibility and rapport with stakeholders of all seniority levels.
