Job Description
Marshalls is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Manager to join its Mells site in Frome, Somerset. This role involves leading engineering teams, implementing the engineering strategy, maintaining assets, managing KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment. The company is a leading supplier of hard landscaping, building, and roofing products with Superbrand status and a focus on sustainability.
Requirements
- Mechanical qualifications (time served apprenticeship)
- 3+ Years’ experience operating in a medium/large automated manufacturing operation
- Experience of leading an engineering team
- IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and stock control systems
- Experience of working with engineering schedule KPIs
- Project management and leading/delivering change
