Voice AI Engineer (Mid/Senior)

Lucidya is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered customer experience solutions. We are launching a new AI Agents business unit, and we are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent Voice Agents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Voice Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with voice systems (ASR, TTS, or conversational IVR)
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
