Voice AI Engineer (Mid/Senior)

We are launching a new AI Agents business unit, focused on building AI Agent platforms and solutions to solve critical pain-points in Customer Experience. As an AI Engineer specialising in Voice Agents, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent Voice Agents that solve real business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Voice Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with voice systems (ASR, TTS, or conversational IVR)
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
