Property Manager

The Property Manager will lead all aspects of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. This role involves supervising a team, managing budgets, reviewing vendor invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring a consistent and compliant operation of the assets under their management.

Requirements

• Ensure consistent service delivery with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate team activities and manage schedules.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and financial reporting.
• Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, and manage walk-throughs.
• Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with lease administrator and accounting.
• Contract with vendors.
• Document emergency response plans.
