Job Description
The Property Manager will lead all aspects of a commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolio, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Responsibilities include team management, vendor management, financial report preparation, tenant relations, and lease administration. This role involves providing excellent customer and resident service to ensure property performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Experience with commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties is highly preferred.
- Real Estate License required (CM or RPA professional designation preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
