Job Description
This Property Manager role involves leading all aspects of a commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolio. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent service, coordinating team activities, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor and tenant relationships. The property manager will also handle tenant and resident communication and ensure property operations meet financial and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
- Real Estate License required; CPM or RPA professional designation preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Yardi or MRI preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
