Job Description
We are seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining compensation programs that support Lightspeed's global compensation philosophy, objectives, competitive position, and local practices.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience in global compensation
- Excellent Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) and Microsoft or Google suite
- High discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- General knowledge of compensation: job design, market analysis, methods, and practices, salary surveys
