Job Description
Liberty Mutual Canada is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role involves managing complex calendars, travel, communications, projects, and representing the SLT with professionalism, as well as handling various administrative tasks and supporting internal/external stakeholders. This position requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Own SLT calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and manage logistics.
- Draft and edit executive correspondence and presentations.
- Manage travel itineraries, process expenses, and coordinate team meetings.
- Track and coordinate project deliverables and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and backup to administrative staff.
