Director of Business Development - Central Asia

Libertex Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Central Asia to drive revenue growth and profitability in this dynamic region. This high-impact, strategic leadership role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in Central Asia. Responsibilities include developing and executing a regional strategy, leading a matrixed team, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• At least 5+ years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the region
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams with matrixed reporting lines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong English language skills (B2 and above)
• Fluent in Russian and strong English language skills (B2 and above)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Deep understanding in Central Asia
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
