Director of Business Development - Central Asia

The Libertex Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Central Asia to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in this dynamic region. This high-impact role requires a strategic leader to build a team, execute the regional strategy, and foster a culture of innovation. The role involves overseeing financials, customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility within Central Asia.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the region.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams with matrixed reporting lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian and strong English language skills (B2 and above).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding in Central Asia of the business environment, culture, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
