Director of Business Development - Central Asia

Libertex Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Central Asia to lead sales, marketing, operations, and support functions in this dynamic region. This high-impact leadership role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record and full P&L responsibility for driving revenue growth and profitability. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive regional strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility within Central Asia.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the region.
• Experience in Fintech is preferred.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams with matrixed reporting lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Russian and strong English language skills (B2 and above). Other Central Asian languages are beneficial.
