The Account Manager owns the accountability for Net Revenue Retention and is responsible for driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of new products and services, managing retention targets, and minimizing downsell and churn.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to manage revenue forecasting and portfolio performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage at executive level
- Resilience and result-driven mindset, with proven ability to handle challenging situations
- Commercial orientation with the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities
- Experience in managing renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions within SaaS or account management
- Solid knowledge of contract management and legal/commercial processes
- Ability to perform contact mapping and build multithreaded relationships within client organizations
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes
