LaborWorx is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team, bringing a blend of hunting, farming, and customer success to the organization to empower the skilled trades workforce and create value for our customers.
Requirements
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries about our staffing solutions
- Build and maintain outbound prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo
- Qualify leads that represent our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop a Scope of Work for signature
- Support the sales and growth efforts of the sales reps/account managers daily
- Interface directly with customer stakeholders through the entire lifecycle
- Track weekly activities with the workforce on the project, collecting timesheets via HH2
- Communicate with internal departments such as recruiting and finance
- Meet with customers as needed, either in-person or remote
- Promote a spirit of healthy competition and drive success among their teams
- Manage multiple customer stakeholders
- Establish a plan for growth and expansion
