Sales Development Representative

LearnUpon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our office. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll determine if our product is a good fit for potential customers and move prospects into our sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Play an active role in developing and improving processes for the Sales Development team and the company as a whole
• Identify and understand the business requirements of our future customers
• Schedule and take responsibility for all initial qualification calls and arrange discovery calls or demonstrations
• Maintain a clean and accurate record of account information within a CRM system
• Manage our outbound prospecting processes, including prospecting to target accounts
