We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and generate leads for eCommerce brands seeking fulfillment services. The BDR will act as the primary point of contact for brands, conduct initial outreach, and guide them through the sales process. This is a fully remote position within a dynamic global team.
Requirements
- Identify and prospect high-growth eCommerce brands
- Execute daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Qualify prospects based on size, volume, and fulfillment needs
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Track all activity and lead info into CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to refine pitch messaging
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team huddles
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
