The Wine and Beer Consultant will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and establish a safe and clean environment. Assist department and store management in reaching sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Practice and promote exemplary customer service
- Respond to customer calls or requests within 24 hours
- Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold
- Drive sales by executing sales plans
- Maintain accurate signage and follow division standards
- Inspect the department for low stock and out of stocks
- Serve food and beverage orders to bar area patrons
- Accurately process customer transactions at the POS system
- Maintain supplies, equipment, cleanliness and sanitation
- Track dating, and follow cleaning procedures on tap systems
- Comply with safety procedures and identify and report unsafe conditions
- Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment
