The Wine and Beer Consultant will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.

Requirements

• Practice and promote exemplary customer service
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold
• Ensure that federal, state, and local Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) guidelines are always met
• Maintain accurate signage and follow division standards for display signage and shelf tags
• Order appropriately, manage Computer Assisted Order (CAO) entries, and manage days' supply to meet the division's goals
• Serve food and beverage orders to bar area patrons
• Accurately process customer transactions at the POS system
• Maintain supplies, equipment, cleanliness and sanitation to health department and company specifications
