Job Description
As Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the cooperation with a strategic pharma partnership, coordinating joint planning and implementation, and ensuring transparency on progress and KPIs. You will also be responsible for partnership ownership and governance, joint go-to-market and scalability, KPI management and performance steering, and operational coordination, compliance, and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in Partnerships/Alliances, Key Account Management, Commercial Ops, or Project Management in Healthcare (ideally Pharma/MedTech/Digital Health)
- Very good stakeholder and interface management: multiple teams, different goals, common solutions
- Strong communication, moderation, and empathy
- Experience in Co-Selling setups with pharma partners
- Understanding of DiGA sales in the ambulatory sector (prescription, practice workflow, adoption)
- Security in handling CRM/BI/Dashboards and data-based reviews
- German language skills at least at B2 level
